Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Pre Order
If your order was placed during "☼PRE ORDER☽," we will begin to process and handle the order as soon as we are ready, this should not take more then 5 business days. In the case of failing to meet these expectations, we will email you using the information provided at checkout.
Shipping Cost
Shipping cost are automatically calculated at check out by weight of item. You can choose the shipping rate you prefer. Free shipping on orders over $50.Â
Shipping Delays &Â Interruptions
In the case of shipping delays or interruptions, we will reach out to you using the information used at checkout.Â
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.Â
If you haven’t received your order within 8 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shipping@saturnessence.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We use UPS and USPS to ship our items. In order to ship to a P.O. Box, we will have to ship through USPS. Wait times may vary.Â
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address using the input at checkout. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Saturn Essence, LLCÂ will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.Â
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shipping@saturnessence.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
